What we provide

Car Park Check publishes information about private car parks and a free checker. We also sell appeal letters (£5.99) and a later-stage pack (£14.99). This is a document-preparation service, not legal advice. We aren't solicitors and don't act for you. You decide whether to send a letter and what it says.

No guaranteed outcome

The checker tells you whether your charge may not be valid under the rules we know about. It can't promise any result, and operators, appeals services and courts make their own decisions. Check the facts in any letter before you send it.

Accuracy

We check car park facts and date them, but signs and rules change. The signs on the day are what count. If you spot an error, report it.

Payments and refunds

Payment is taken by Stripe. Your purchase unlocks the letters on the device you bought them on for 30 days. If you're unhappy for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Using the site

Don't copy our car park data in bulk or misuse the report form. We may change these terms; the version here applies when you use the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
