First Parking parking charges
First Parking runs pay-and-display and camera-enforced car parks for landowners including Natural Resources Wales at Llanddwyn beach on Anglesey. It enforces with cameras and mobile attendants and issues £100 charges, reduced to £60 for early payment. As a BPA member, its rejected appeals go to POPLA.
How to appeal a First Parking charge
- Appeal to First Parking within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
- If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because First Parking is a member of the BPA.
- Appeal to POPLA. It's free for drivers. See our POPLA guide.
