Car Park Check

Group Nexus (CP Plus) parking charges

Group Nexus, which also trades as CP Plus, runs camera-enforced parking at motorway services (including Moto sites), retail stores and countryside car parks. It usually gives a free period and sends a charge to the keeper when the camera-recorded stay runs over. Appeals go to the operator first and then to POPLA.

How to appeal a Group Nexus (CP Plus) charge

  1. Appeal to Group Nexus (CP Plus) within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
  2. If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because Group Nexus (CP Plus) is a member of the BPA.
  3. Appeal to POPLA. It's free for drivers. See our POPLA guide.
