Car Park Check

MET Parking Services parking charges

MET Parking Services runs camera-enforced car parks, mostly at roadside services, fast-food drive-throughs and land near airports such as Stansted. It sends charges by post using number-plate recognition. Appeal to MET first, then to POPLA, because MET is a BPA approved operator.

How to appeal a MET Parking Services charge

  1. Appeal to MET Parking Services within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
  2. If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because MET Parking Services is a member of the BPA.
  3. Appeal to POPLA. It's free for drivers. See our POPLA guide.

We name operators factually and have no link to MET Parking Services. Its own site is www.metparking.co.uk.
