Car Park Check

Minster Baywatch parking charges

Minster Baywatch is a private parking enforcement company that manages car parks for shopping centres, retailers and other landowners. It uses a mix of ANPR cameras, which lead to charges posted to the registered keeper, and patrolling wardens who leave tickets on windscreens. Appeals it rejects can go to POPLA, the British Parking Association's independent appeals service.

How to appeal a Minster Baywatch charge

  1. Appeal to Minster Baywatch within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
  2. If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because Minster Baywatch is a member of the BPA.
  3. Appeal to POPLA. It's free for drivers. See our POPLA guide.
