ParkingEye is one of the largest private parking operators in the UK and runs camera-only enforcement at thousands of supermarket, retail park, hospital and leisure car parks. It is owned by Capita and posts charges to the registered keeper based on ANPR camera times. Appeals it rejects can go to POPLA.
How to appeal a ParkingEye charge
Appeal to ParkingEye within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because ParkingEye is a member of the BPA.
Appeal to POPLA. It's free for drivers. See our POPLA guide.
We name operators factually and have no link to ParkingEye. Its own site is www.parkingeye.co.uk.
