Premier Park parking charges

Premier Park manages retail parks, shopping centres and leisure car parks, mostly with ANPR cameras timing entry and exit, plus some patrolled bay enforcement. It is a BPA member, so appeals go to POPLA after a rejection. Unpaid charges are often passed to BW Legal for letters of claim.

How to appeal a Premier Park charge

1. Appeal to Premier Park within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
2. If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because Premier Park is a member of the BPA.
