Retail Park Ltd parking charges

Retail Park Ltd manages camera-enforced car parks at shopping precincts and retail parks, usually with a short free period and paid stays after it. Charges are posted to the keeper and debt recovery goes through DCBL. It is a BPA member, so appeals go to the operator first and then to POPLA.

How to appeal a Retail Park Ltd charge

1. Appeal to Retail Park Ltd within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
2. If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because Retail Park Ltd is a member of the BPA.
