UKPC runs retail parks, fast-food sites and industrial estates across England. It uses a mix of ANPR cameras and patrolling wardens, and is known for 'not parked within bay markings' charges as well as overstays. It belongs to the BPA, so appeals go to POPLA, and unpaid charges usually pass to DCB Legal.
